Compressing/Heating/Crushing

The unique furnace integrating a discharger and a stirrer is driven by main motor running into forwarding direction and reverse timely for compressing and crushing food-waste, and the built-in heater makes food-waste be dry and good for crushing, which are all controlled by My-Com(PCB).

How to Clean

1. When we have some food-waste, we can put it into Clean-e
*Please do not put any metals and big bone from a cow

1-1. We can keep the food-waste in Clean-e before driving(till storing by 2/3 level of the furnace). The standard volume of one operation is about 1kg of food-waste.

2. Push On/Off button to drive.
*The operating shoul be in stop motion when the inlet cover is opened.

3. After Clean-e finishes the full process, the processed waste-powder should be discharged to the tray, and then Clean-e should be in stop.

How to install

• Before installation, please check up the venting condition of the drain pipe by our own tester.
  
• Please cut the existing hose, and put in Y-tap, and then connect the outlet hose from Clean-e to Y-tap. That? all.
  
• The outlet hose can go downward and upward in any direction and certain distance if the drain pipe has normal venting condition.
